Hi, I’m Yen.
I built my early career inside the beauty and fashion houses that set the global standard — Estée Lauder, L’Oréal and Guess — where I learned that image is never about vanity. It’s about precision. The right colour near your face, the right proportion, the right level of polish for the room you’re walking into: these are the details that decide whether you’re taken seriously before you’ve said a word.
I founded Advent Image Management to bring that same standard to individuals and organisations here at home. Since then I’ve worked with luxury houses including Gucci, Dior, Clarins, La Mer and Burberry, and delivered training for corporate teams at companies such as Great Eastern, AIA Insurance, Henkel and Hugo Boss.
What I do isn’t a makeover. It’s giving you a working understanding of your own colouring, proportion and presence — so that every decision you make afterwards, in a shop or in front of your wardrobe, is an easier one.
