By placing an order with on Advent Image Management’s website, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Variance in dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which Advent Image Management will not be responsible for. Please check that all details that you provide to us are true and accurate when placing an order on Advent Image Management, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card (used in placing your order) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products you purchase from Advent Image Management. 

DISCOUNT CODES

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw discount codes at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you.

COLOUR ACCURACY

We have made every effort to make the on-screen colours and respective descriptions of our products as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on screen colour to the colours of the actual products. Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

All of the content and software made available to you on or through Advent Image Management website remains the property of Advent Image Management. Please do not publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content of copies of content on Advent Image Management’s website and its social media handles, nor may you use the content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

This information is used to complete your purchase transaction. If the information we ask of you is identified as mandatory, if you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.

Advent Image Management’s collection of your personal information is solely used to operate its website and deliver the products and services that you have requested. We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with other parties. Generally, third party providers (such as payment gateways and online e-commerce hosting platforms) used by us will only use your information as necessary to allow them to furnish the services they are providing to Advent Image Management.

Advent Image Management takes security seriously and has taken numerous precautions to protect the security of your personal information from unauthorized access and use. Should you sign up for an account on the Advent Image Management website, in which you can access your Personal Information, we recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. Advent Image Management may also disclose your Personal Information if we are required by law to do so.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We understand that there are times when you must miss and appointment due to emergencies or obligations. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at yen@advent-image.com 24 hours before your appointment. Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged in full and there will be no refund.

REFUND POLICY

Your full refund will be issued once we have received your request. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

  1. Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
  2. Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.

COMPLAINTS

We are sorry to know you are unhappy about something. Please let us know if you have any complaints via email here with your email titled as “Complaints” and we will try to resolve disputes when they first arise.

VARIATION

Advent Image Management shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and/or any page of its website.
